01. Problems of existing technology
• Eco-friendly water resource usage method that can be easily used when water is needed after storing rainwater and stream water (Water for agricultural use)

It can be used as domestic water after storing rainwater of roofs in underground tanks and then treated with water, but it is difficult to secure sufficient water and possibility of environmental pollution such as yellow dust and old slate.

Advantages : Installed artificial cut-off wall, technology of using stored underground water (Seorak Tourist Resort, development volume: 33,000 tons / day → Waterworks supply to Sokcho-si)
– Possible to obtain clean water with a constant water temperature during the year with low construction cost, and develop eco-friendly large-capacity water without environmental damage such as submergence.

Disadvantages : In the case of drought, it is difficult to have perfect order, so there’s the limit of water quality in coastal areas and underground water contaminated areas.
